One of the comments heard among many Pastors is about a sense of isolation, even when they are around a lot of people and even fellow-pastors. Because a pastor is seen as the "answer man," they seldom get a lot of time to just be themselves. Finding time to be alone, or experience true fellowship with other leaders besides attending a conference, is rare.

Far More Consulting is committed to finding ways to bring pastors together so they can experience true intimacy with God and each other. Scattered throughout the calendar year, events are strategically planned to meet these needs.

Monthly Fellowship and meals

Each month pastors gather together to experience what Far More Calls “Face to Face” encounters. In fact, this is what drives our ministry. We are driven by a face to face “imperative.” While it is good to receive a call, text or email, it is so much more meaningful and effective to see a face beyond a screen. We are told that it is hard to pick up on body language from a screen and I think that’s true. It is much more meaningful and personal to sit across from a friend or co-laborer and get a sense of how they are doing. The effectiveness of fellowship can be determined more clearly when based upon your face to face encounters.
